The controller for the processing of your data is CONSORZIO TOPIX – TORINO E PIEMONTE EXCHANGE POINT (Top-ix) (hereinafter referred to as “we”).

DATA
We will process the following data:

STREAMING PLATFORM
Top-ix uses analytics for his streaming services
WMSPanel web service which collects the data from the Wowza servers
WMSPanel collects server name, server IP addresses, server performance metrics (CPU and RAM load), IP address of each connection, traffic consumed by all connections, server configuration, virtual hosts names, applications names, application instances names, streams names; the IP addresses of connections are used for statistics processing only and ARE NOT stored within the service after the statistics are processed. WMSPanel DOES NOT process or collect the content which is stored and transmitted on Top-IX server.
Matomo (previously Piwik) software installed on a Top-IX server
The Matomo server installed in Top-IX is configured according to the producer’s instructions so that no complete IP address is stored in any part of the application.
